Over the years, the water crisis and poverty has become a problem that has affected the third world countries. It can be described as the quality and condition of being financially unsettled. South America, Africa and Eastern countries are cases of poverty that has a shortage of many needs and wants that many of the wealthiest countries have enough of. Poverty can occur in many parts of the world not just undeveloped countries. Although, the most serious poverty conditions have taken place in the third world and the southern parts of the globe such as African for example.
